Love as told from the perspective of a bus stop
would be the best kind of love
All full of good intentions and completely nonstop
Faces of every emotion in and out carelessly indicative of
How everything else lacks affection
Love outside of a bus stop would look like
A cherished favorite film
Played on a loop
As to make the film neither
Cherished nor
Favorite
Love outside of a bus stop would feel like
A Christmas morning at an adult age
Like buildup and wide-grinned anticipation
But once reached
A Tuesday, but colder
and with more lights everywhere
Love outside of a bus stop would taste like
The same bag of potato chips
Eaten every day
Just to find that they were never that good
in the first place
But
Love as told from the perspective of a bus stop
Would be innocent and naive
Never big or ambiguous
But little and local
Just like a bus stop love should be
